We have reached a crisis in the expressed 'faith' of the world. The skeptical community has launched a full frontal assault on those who still claim to believe in God. The skeptics have ridiculed the believers for so long that our children have begun to feel embarrassed by the religious beliefs of their parents. The reality of what has happened over the last couple of generations isn't that religion has been discovered to be seriously flawed, but rather the thinking protocols of science and the skeptics have sunk to a new low. Science is no longer the impartial panel they represent themselves to be, nor does their thinking process represent an unbiased search for the truth. This class reveals for the first time the reason behind the bias that has crept into the sacred halls of learning.After all fair is fair. The science of child development is the skeptic's most ardent enemy. If you want to use math then you must allow for mathematical cross examination. If you want to use the science of stars, quantum mechanics, DNA and astronomy in your skeptical equations, you must allow for others to use the same topics to rebut your arguments. Myopia is not exclusively the disease of the believer. It is the classic characteristic of the skeptic who can see nothing but their own opinion�the same critique they use against the faithful. It is time we reenter the arena of the question about God and let the cards fall where they always did.
